Snap Fitness Return Policy?
Snap Fitness has a 30-day money-back guarantee. If members don't feel fantastic after 30 days, they can contact the team at their club for a refund.
To request a refund, members must send or deliver a written notice to the club on or before the 30th day of their membership. If a refund is requested after the next month’s membership fees have been taken, but still requested on or prior to the 30th day of their membership, these membership fees will be refunded along with their initial 30 days and access card fee.
The refund does not apply to programme fees, personal training, vending or merchandise purchases. Refunds will only be processed once members return their access card and if no further visits have occurred after the refund was requested.
Please note that if the eligibility requirements for a refund under the Snap Fitness Guarantee exceed or violate applicable consumer protection laws, the eligibility requirements of the applicable consumer protection law shall apply.
